STOCKKEEPER I

Deliver and stock Medical Supplies and Linen in assigned locations.

• Receive merchandise and verify freight bills or packing lists from vendors and report discrepancies to a designated authority.
• Reconcile receipts with purchase requisitions.
• Inspect items for damage and completeness.
• Maintain stock levels in work areas.
• Follow precise instructions and adhere to inventory rotation standards.
• Process orders from requisitions, identify chargeable accounts and affect stock rotation.
• Recommend reorder quantities or times for stock items.
• Transport and deliver stock utilizing two- and four-wheel carts or pallet trucks.
• Identify stock using codes and item numbers.
• Load and unload inventory.
• Assist in reconciling stock shortages and inventory.
• Record items received, dispensed, or returned and perform item counts.
• Clean the assigned area of work and equipment.

Must be able to count and do simple math. Must be able to use an Android hand-held device. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to perform a wide range of physical activities such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, etc.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 - 50 pounds.

Must be able to pull linen carts up to 500 - 600 pounds.

Must be willing to learn how to use electronic handheld devices.

Standard hours: 40

Work days: Mon-Fri

Shift start/end times: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm
