Student Academic Success Specialist

The Student Academic Success Specialist supports the enrollment, retention, and engagement of first- and second-year students through academic advising, success coaching, and proactive outreach to a defined caseload. This role builds strong student relationships and provides guidance on academic planning and university processes to promote persistence, timely degree completion, and an enhanced student experience.
