The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at SUNY Korea invites applications for tenure-track, tenured, and teaching faculty
positions in core areas of electrical and computer engineering. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, semiconductors and
integrated circuits, artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer architecture and embedded systems, signal processing and
communications, and control and automation.
Candidates must hold a Ph. D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a
closely related field, preferably from a U.S. institution, and demonstrate a strong commitment to education. Experience in U.S. higher
education, such as teaching or research at an American university, is highly desirable.
SUNY Korea offers high-quality undergraduate
and graduate programs in electrical and computer engineering while providing an American university experience in Korea. Degrees in
Electrical and Computer Engineering at SUNY Korea are awarded by Stony Brook University (SBU), part of the State University of New York

Tenure-track and tenured
positions are available at the Assistant Professor and Associate Professor levels. Candidates should have the potential to develop strong,
internationally recognized research programs and contribute to the department's teaching mission.
Teaching faculty positions are
available at the Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, and Teaching Professor levels. Candidates should have a record
of excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to the department's educational mission.
All successful candidates are expected to
