A flexible working arrangement agreement will be required upon offer.
Purpose
The Supervisor, Behavioral Health Support supervises a team of behavioral health care coordinators and clinical operations support staff supporting the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program and related Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision and Program Coordination
- Advanced Program Administration and Care Coordination
- Operational Efficiency and Communication Oversight
- Clinical Documentation
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Five years of experience in a healthcare or educational setting, preferably K-12
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with pediatric behavioral and mental health populations
Salary Range
$56,649+ depending on qualifications
