Supplemental Instruction Specialist I
Job Summary
This role will provide front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the College. The incumbent is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas and will be able to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
General and Working Area-Specific Essential Performance Requirements
- Provides guidance to students, faculty, staff, and the community on the relevant resources to meet needs
- Oversees the front desk and assists in the daily operations and administrative responsibilities of the Learning Commons
Required Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements
