We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Systems and Process Manager (Impact and Knowledge Exchange). This exciting new role will lead in a variety of activities to support systems associated with the University's impact and knowledge exchange activity and automate workflows.

Working with the Impact and Knowledge Exchange and teams across the University, the role holder will develop and extend existing systems and processes which support our impact and knowledge exchange ecosystem. By enhancing bespoke systems and providing project management support, the role-holder will maintain expert knowledge about the data relating to impact and knowledge exchange and their relationship with systems at Cambridge. They will also provide systems and process support to initiatives associated with assessment exercises such as the Research Excellence Framework (REF) and the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF).

The role holder should bring strong experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 software such as Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint, Lists, Forms etc and a desire to learn new software rapidly. The role will require an adaptable communication style to suit different disciplines and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the University.

The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment. The aim of our approach is to enable as many staff as possible to work in a hybrid way if they wish and where their role allows. This role requires onsite attendance at Old Schools further details of which should be discussed with the recruiting manager during the interview process.
