About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver specialist end-to-end services across professional, academic, and clinical roles within the Health Precinct of the University. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering and building trusted relationships with hiring managers in the Hospital, Clinics and Faculty, to understand their recruitment needs and providing expert guidance throughout each assignment.
- Proactively sourcing quality talent using effective advertising campaigns, LinkedIn Recruiter and developing candidate talent pools in Workday aligned to Faculty and Hospital priorities.
- Crafting engaging job advertisement campaigns that comply with employment branding, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, knowledgeable responses, and seamless service delivery.
- Utilising recruitment data to track and deliver key performance metrics.
- Staying across recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
About You (Selection Criteria):
You are a proven health recruitment professional (Agency Recruitment or Talent Acquisition) with experience building relationships and delivering quality outcomes across a varied range of health roles. You bring energy, curiosity about the talent market, and a focus on creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related health field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services (internal or agency) to hospitals or health industries.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across diverse disciplines.
- Understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition and candidate experience.
- Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilising Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools is highly desirable.
