The Department of Chemistry in the Gupta College of Science at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a teaching associate position beginning Fall 2026. The Department of Chemistry is home to approximately 85 undergraduate majors and three degrees: Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Chemistry Education. As a department, we focus on our commitment to student success and are seeking a proficient teacher who is dedicated to undergraduate experience. The successful candidate must be able to teach lower-level chemistry lectures and labs (Chem 111 and Chem 112). Applicants must, at a minimum, have earned an M.S. in Chemistry or closely related fields.
