Teaching Fellow in the Professions of Education Department (Educational Leadership)

Start Date: Fall 2026

Schreiner University invites applications for a Teaching Fellow in the Professions of Education beginning in Fall 2026. This full-time, non–tenure track position is ideal for emerging educators who are committed to high-quality undergraduate and/or online graduate teaching.

Teaching Fellows at Schreiner University:

• Teach undergraduate and/or online graduate courses while receiving structured mentorship from senior faculty.
• Gain experience in course design, assessment, classroom management, and Canvas LMS.
• Participate in required summer professional development.

Qualifications

Required: Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership or a closely related field. Demonstrated potential for strong undergraduate and online graduate teaching. Experience in teaching and instructional/educational leadership.

Preferred: Texas principal certification or equivalent from another state. College-level teaching or teaching-assistant experience.
