We are seeking a motivated and skilled temporary research staff member to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation CAR T cell therapies for prostate cancer. The position involves hands-on experimental work, data analysis, and documentation in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular daily experimental work and contribute to the development of next-generation CAR T cell platforms
- Perform in vitro assays including cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, ELISA, Western blot, and flow cytometry
- Execute in vivo experiments including animal handling and injection, and tumor model maintenance
- Analyze and document experimental data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot experimental protocols and contribute to process optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in bioengineering, immunology, cell biology, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of immunology and cell biology
- Proficiency in cell culture and sterile technique
- Experience with viral and non-viral transduction techniques and gene editing modalities
- Experience with immunological assays including proliferation, suppression, and cytotoxicity assays
- Experience with in vivo techniques including small animal handling, injections, and animal maintenance
- Strong organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CAR T cell manufacturing and tumor models
- Familiarity with adoptive cell therapy platforms
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Collaborative team player comfortable working with minimal direction
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced research environment
