Temporary (Hybrid) Program Assistant II - Department of Family Medicine
About the Opportunity
Call patients to schedule surveys/questionnaires and testing to comply with studies that are ongoing in the Research Division of Family Medicine. Obtains and completes consents with patients for research projects/surveys.
What You'll Do
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Research Division staff/faculty.
- Attend meetings.
- Creating Excel Spreadsheets, organizing references and analyze data.
- Proof read manuscript formatting and edits, paper submissions.
- Gather information for grant proposals.
Pay Grade: 13
Length of Assignment: Approximately 8.5 months
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in research and/or public health.
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and able to operate standard office software.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Good customer service and telephone skills.
