Temporary Laboratory and Research Technician

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) is a pioneer of purpose-driven science and Cornell University's second-largest college. We work across disciplines to tackle the challenges of our time through world-renowned research, education, and outreach. The questions we probe and the answers we seek focus on three overlapping concerns: natural and human systems; food, energy, and environmental resources; and social, physical, and economic well-being.

The Hudson Valley Research Laboratory is a critical resource for farmers in the Hudson Valley and Eastern New York State. This area is a significant agricultural region where tree fruit likes apples and pears; stone fruit like plums and cherries; berries and small fruit like blueberries and strawberries; and vegetable crops - particularly onions, tomatoes, and sweet corn-making up the majority of production. We provide growers with a non-biased approach to research and problem solving.
