Temporary Management Support Staff (Office of Student Affairs) - 3 months Contract

Job Description

This position will report to the Hostel Admission Services section within the Office of Student Affairs. This is a service role where the candidate is required to respond to students' hostel-related enquiries, as well as to provide support for the housing assessments in NUS.

  1. Administrative support for housing assessment
    • Contact and refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
    • E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines
    • End to end tracking of referrals
    • To communicate with hostel coordinators as and when support is needed.
  2. Serve as frontline staff to handle students' enquires via phone call and email.
  3. Collate weekly updates of cases.
  4. Provide administrative support for tagging students with external hostels
  5. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A level or Diploma holders with good communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Good organisational skills and attentive to details
  • Pro-active to engage stakeholders including students
  • Knowledge of MS Form and Qualtrics will be an advantage (optional)
