Temporary Support Staff (Housing Services)
Job Description
- Supporting operational requirements during the upcoming conference period (Vacation 2 Academic Year 25/26) and the subsequent mass check-in of hostel residents.
- Guiding delegates on the use of the mobile key app, responding to general enquiries, and programming physical room access cards as a backup in the event of technical issues with the mobile key system.
- Attend to enquiries from walk-in (delegates & residents) and other administrative duties.
- Assisting with preparation for Academic Year 26/27 Semester 1 Mass check-in to ensure the process is carried out efficiently and smoothly.
- Handling of Front Desk operations - attending to delegates / residents' feedback and enquiries.
Qualifications
- GCE 'A' Level / Diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Individual with customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
