Tenure Track Faculty Position, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) at the University of Delaware invites applications for a tenure-track, open-rank faculty position.

We are looking for candidates who will contribute through high-quality research/innovation, teaching, and service to the continued improvement of the profession and our department’s overall standing and impact.

While applications in all research areas will be considered, we particularly seek applicants with expertise in two areas. 1. AI / ML / automation / modeling / data science, and 2. Electrocatalysis / electrochemical / catalysis.

REQUIREMENTS: Ph.D. or equivalent in chemical engineering or a related field.

DUTIES: The successful candidate will be expected to develop and lead a vigorous, nationally and internationally recognized research program; teach and advise students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; and participate in and contribute to the departmental and larger professional communities.
