Overview
Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a TES Donor Relations Stewardship Coordinator. The individual in this position will represent Auburn University and will provide direct support in the Donor Relations Department of Auburn Advancement.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- preparing acknowledgement letters for the Senior Vice President of Advancement and the President of the university (25%);
- preparing tribute notifications for gifts made in honor or in memory of an individual (25%);
- assisting with special impact reporting (20%);
- maintaining donor records with a high level of confidentiality;
- assisting with planning and executing recognition and stewardship records, materials and events (10%);
- monitors budget and prepares vouchers and statements for reconciliation (10%);
- participating in other special projects, which may include gift agreement related projects, donor societies, marketing functions or document templates for the unit and partner units (10%).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus 1 year of work experience in public relations work and general office operations
- OR
- Master's degree
