The Examined Life Program Leader (Student)
Summary
Examined Life program leaders are Lincoln Scholars students who will work with EL faculty. They will plan events, attend their assigned EL classes, and help LS students enrolled in the Examined Life. Students are expected to work 5-6 hours a week. Students are required to attend a weekly meeting with Sunyata to discuss their work and how the EL classes are going.
Essential Functions
- Attend and participate in the Examined Life Complex Problems seminar.
- 2.5 hours of attending the class every week.
- 30-minute/1-hour meeting with Sunyata every week.
- Meet with faculty member to discuss class.
- Plan and participate in co-curricular activities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Part-time.
- 5 - 6 hours per week.
