Support: Dedicated Medical Assistants, PA-Cs, NP, Intensivists, Hospitalist Medicine staff, Anesthesiologists, and General Surgery Resident support
Top Tier OR Team: Operate with a dedicated OR team and state-of-the-art robotic and VATS equipment
Manageable Call Schedule: Q3 night and weekend call
Weekend Round and Call Support: Dedicated PA and Hospitalist call support
Leadership: Work with engaged HPMG physician leaders who understand service challenges and provide practice support.
Desirable Location: Live in beautiful Hawaii, with a focus on family and access to world-class hobbies in mild weather year-round.

Position Qualifications

Board Certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS)
Completion of thoracic or cardiothoracic fellowship
Advanced skills in VATS and robotic surgery for both benign and malignant thoracic pathology
3-5 years of experience
Robotic case log
