Assist in the management of adverse effects including
seizures.
Administer validated rating scales to evaluate the
effectiveness of treatment.
Provide psychoeducation curriculum to patients.
Actively participate in marketing and patient
recruitment.
Obtain insurance authorization.
Assist the psychiatrist by gathering and reviewing medical
records to aid in appropriate patient selection.
Provide any in-house required training on TMS machines.
Participate in scheduled individual supervision, health team
meetings, interdisciplinary work groups, staff meetings, and other
required meetings.
Cleans exam rooms and other patient care areas between each
patient.
Maintains work areas, exam rooms, supplies, equipment,
medications, and immunizations.
Effectively copes with a fast-paced environment and typical job
stressors.
Documents work processes as required.
Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider
productivity and clinic workflow as assigned, such as completing
patient visit records, maintaining departmental logs, answering
telephones and taking messages, checking in patients, and
scheduling patient appointments.
Must be able to travel to alternate locations as
assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in a health care-related
field.
- Substitution: Additional appropriate education will
substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year
basis.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of
hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a TMS technician.
- Two or more (2+) years of related experience in a medical
office setting.
- One or more (1+) years of experience specific to
department/clinic specialty.
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking.
- Current MA and PCT certification (i.e., AAMA, NCCT).
- Experience with EPIC.
- Experience with Kronos.
