Student Success Program Associate – TRIO (Grant Funded)

This grant funded position plays a vital role in supporting student achievement through academic advising, personal and career guidance, and program coordination. Working one-on-one and with groups of students, you’ll help individuals build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and stay on track toward their educational and career goals.

At NWC, delivering MORE is a team effort. You’ll collaborate closely with faculty and staff to monitor student progress, identify needs, and connect students with the resources that help them succeed. You’ll also coordinate program activities, workshops, and outreach efforts designed to engage and support students throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities include advising and supporting students, coordinating program operations and peer mentor activities, developing workshops and student success programming, preparing reports and tracking data, assisting with grant-related activities, and building partnerships across campus and with external organizations.
