Santa Barbara City College - is seeking PT faculty for Tutor training and Supervision at the School of Extended Learning. Provide in-person line of sight supervision for tutors working in-person in the SBCC Tutoring Commons and also simultaneously for tutors working remotely. Provide training and mentorship to working tutors in real time. Monitor data collection and provide support and accountability to tutors around the collection of data.
