Skills/Qualifications
- completed doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in electrical engineering, power engineering, power electronics, or a related technical field;
- a doctoral dissertation related to electromagnetic components, power electronics, magnetic circuits, or a related area is an advantage;
- experience with mathematical modelling and the development of FEM models of transformers and inductors; knowledge of Ansys is an advantage;
- publication record in peer-reviewed journals and at professional or scientific conferences in a relevant field;
- experience in developing simulation models in MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS, particularly models of power semiconductor converters;
- proficiency in written and spoken English.
