Primary Purpose of the Position

The Graduation Navigator is responsible for assisting students in all aspects of graduation. This position assists students with navigating the university’s academic policies, which will increase retention and graduation rates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, individual advising sessions, assisting students with declaring and changing majors, academic progress discussions, development of academic goals, and directing students to campus resources to support academic success.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Community College/University experience.
