Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $300,000 - $375,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

Work-Life Balance
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Call Coverage: First call to on-call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:
- Urolithiasis
- Voiding dysfunction
- Prostate disorders
- Erectile dysfunction
- Urologic malignancies
- Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, urodynamic studies
- Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students
- Maintain a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
- U.S. Citizenship
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient safety and High-Reliability Organization principles
- Comfortable supervising and teaching learners
