About the Project
The university of Reading as adopted the Menus of Change principles into it's campus catering. These principles were initialed by The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and Harvard TH Chan School of Publich Health with the aim to deliver healthy, sustainable, delicious food in catering outlets.
