The University has identified enrollment, student success, research and athletics as key strategic priorities and seeks a leader who can help position SLU for sustained success in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving higher education environment. Reporting to the executive vice president and provost and serving as a key member of the University's senior leadership team, the vice president serves as Saint Louis University's chief enrollment officer, providing strategic leadership for undergraduate and graduate admission, student financial services, international services, enrollment analytics and pre-college and access programs while leading a division of over 140 talented professionals. Working closely with the president, provost, deans, faculty and colleagues across the institution, the vice president will develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with SLU's academic priorities, Catholic and Jesuit mission and long-term institutional aspirations. Capitalizing on the University's strong commitment to enrollment as a shared institutional responsibility, the vice president will build partnerships across the campus, strengthen a culture of transparency and collaboration and help position enrollment planning as an integrated component of academic strategy, student success and institutional sustainability. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and highly analytical enrollment leader whose experience is matched by integrity, sound judgment, exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to inspire confidence among diverse stakeholders.
