Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management/Dean of Students
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students (VPSAEM) serves as a member of the President’s Executive Cabinet and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and administrative oversight for student affairs, enrollment management, student success, and campus life at Talladega College, Alabama’s first private Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
The VPSA serves as the College’s senior leader for student engagement, enrollment growth, student retention, persistence, graduation, and overall student success. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership for the development and implementation of innovative strategies that enhance recruitment, enrollment, financial aid optimization, student engagement, student development, and student well-being while supporting the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Talladega College.
