Benefits
The gross salary for this position ranges from €41K to €54K per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there may be salary supplements available based on productivity and excellence, along with a one-time payment of €3K to assist with moving expenses. Standard benefits include healthcare coverage under the Spanish National Health System.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, or a related field before joining uc3m (no later than September 2027). Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is not mandatory.
Selection process
The Department's Hiring Committee will assess applications based on strong research and teaching potential. We will accept full applications from July 15, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
