Simulation (SIM) Hospital for special projects and learning experiences. Specific Position Duties Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate faculty or staff. Greet and direct students, faculty, and visitors within the Woods Health and Science Building. Provide general assistance with departmental operations and special projects. Assist in the Simulation Hospital, including preparing materials, setting up rooms, and supporting simulation activities (as assigned). Maintain confidentiality of student and departmental information. Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing Department staff. Minimum Qualifications Must qualify for Federal Work Study. Availability during daytime hours (flexible schedule, no set hours required). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, courteous, and reliable. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) preferred.
