Concierge Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician
Full-Time | Clearwater, Florida | Tampa Bay
Since 2002, Your Private Physician has provided highly personalized concierge medical care to patients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Our practice is built on a straightforward principle: physicians should have the time, autonomy, and resources to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine.
Our physicians maintain a limited panel of no more than 300 patients. Rather than seeing 20–30 patients each day, our physicians typically have approximately five scheduled patient visits per day, allowing substantially more time for comprehensive evaluation, prevention, complex medical decision-making, care coordination, and meaningful physician-patient relationships.
As we expand into our newly acquired 4,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art medical facility in Clearwater, we are seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing practice.

Our Approach to Medicine
We combine the diagnostic rigor of traditional Internal Medicine and primary care with evidence-informed preventive medicine, Functional Medicine, and healthy-longevity strategies.
Our physicians provide comprehensive concierge primary care with particular emphasis on:
- Personalized prevention and early risk identification
- Cardiovascular and metabolic health
- Nutrition and lifestyle optimization
- Hormonal and metabolic health
- Functional Medicine
- Healthy aging and longevity
- Advanced diagnostic testing
- Coordination of complex specialty care

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a physician who values clinical excellence, intellectual curiosity, prevention, collaboration, and enduring relationships with patients.
The ideal candidate wants to practice in an environment where clinical judgment is respected and where there is sufficient time to listen, investigate, think critically, and coordinate care thoughtfully.
Previous experience in Functional Medicine is welcome but not required. We are particularly interested in physicians who would like to further develop their expertise in preventive medicine, Functional Medicine, precision medicine, and longevity while continuing to practice high-quality comprehensive primary care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Active DEA registration or eligibility
- 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in preventive, Functional, and longevity medicine
- Concierge or Direct Primary Care experience is a plus, but not required
