2026 Commonwealth Law Ministers Meeting
Legal Professions and Studies Conference
The Commonwealth Law Ministers Meeting (CLMM) is one of the largest international gatherings of law ministers and attorneys general focused on legal co-operation under the theme ‘Anchoring Justice in a Changing Tide: Strengthening the Rule of Law for a Resilient Future’.
At the meeting, ministers will examine progress in advancing access to justice and seek consensus on practical steps to remove barriers that prevent people from having their legal needs met. The agenda will address a broad range of issues, including the role of technology in justice delivery, model contracts for natural resource governance, legal reform tools, and stronger protections for fundamental rights.
