NooJ is a linguistic development environment that allows linguists to formalize several levels of linguistic phenomena: orthography and spelling; lexicons of simple words, multiword units and frozen expressions; inflectional, derivational and agglutinative morphology; local, constituent and dependency syntax; transformational grammars and semantic analysis.
