The Arts Festivals Summit is EFA's annual gathering for festival representatives, policymakers, and partners to exchange ideas about the arts and their role in society over four days in Budva, Montenegro.
The summit provides a 4-day in-person exchange for up to 250 festival colleagues and supporters from Europe and worldwide, focusing on dialogue, collective thinking, and proposing new ideas and projects.
