Academic Calendar and Important Dates for ADU
The academic year at Abu Dhabi University is divided into two semesters:
- Fall Semester: Starts in late August, ends in mid-December.
- Spring Semester: Starts in late January, ends in mid-May.
- Summer Session: Optional, typically from June to July.
- Exam Periods: Usually scheduled at the end of each semester.
- Holidays: Include Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and National Day.
- Faculty Application Deadlines: Vary by department, typically in early spring for the following academic year.
