Weather and Climate at AUL

The Agricultural University of Lublin (AUL) experiences a continental climate with distinct seasonal variations:

• Winter (December to February): Cold with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 0°C. Snowfall is common, which can affect commuting and campus life.
• Spring (March to May): Temperatures gradually increase from 5°C to 15°C. Rainfall increases, supporting outdoor research activities.
• Summer (June to August): Warm to hot, with temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Ideal for outdoor campus events and research.
• Autumn (September to November): Cooling temperatures from 15°C to 5°C, with increased rainfall and occasional early frosts.

Extreme weather conditions like heatwaves or severe cold snaps can occur but are not frequent.
