Academic Calendar and Important Dates for AIU

• Exam Periods: Mid-term exams in June and November, final exams in August and January
• Holidays: Golden Week in late April to early May, summer break in August, winter break in December to January
• Faculty Application Deadlines: Typically in February for the following academic year
• Sabbatical Dates: Varies, but usually planned a year in advance
