Clery Act Notification to Prospective Employees
Fayetteville State University prepared an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, which is available to all current and prospective employees and students. The report includes statistics concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Fayetteville State University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual misconduct, timely warnings, and other campus safety matters.
