Weather and Climate at JIT

The Huaihai Institute of Technology, known as JIT, is located in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, which experiences a humid subtropical climate. The weather varies significantly throughout the year:

• Spring (March to May): Temperatures range from 10°C to 20°C, with increasing rainfall.
• Summer (June to August): Hot and humid, with temperatures often reaching 30°C to 35°C, and occasional typhoons.
• Autumn (September to November): Cooler temperatures from 15°C to 25°C, with less rainfall.
• Winter (December to February): Cold, with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 10°C, and occasional snow.
