Weather and Climate at ISUTC

The Instituto Superior de Transportes e Comunicações (ISUTC) is located in Luanda, Angola, which experiences a tropical wet and dry climate. The city has two main seasons:

• Wet Season (November to April) - Characterized by heavy rainfall, with temperatures ranging from 22°C to 32°C. This period can affect commuting due to flooding and traffic congestion.
• Dry Season (May to October) - Marked by cooler temperatures and less humidity, with temperatures between 18°C to 28°C. This is the more comfortable time for outdoor activities and research.

Extreme weather conditions include occasional tropical storms, which can impact campus life and research activities.
