Academic Calendar and Important Dates for IAUSHOUSHTAR

The academic year at Islamic Azad University, Shoushtar is divided into two semesters:

• Spring Semester: Starts in late February and ends in late June.
• Exam Periods: Typically held in the last two weeks of each semester.
• Holidays: The university observes national holidays, including Nowruz (Persian New Year) in March.
• Faculty Application Deadlines: Usually set for mid-July for the fall semester and mid-December for the spring semester.
• Sabbatical Dates: Sabbaticals can be applied for at any time, subject to departmental approval.
