Weather and Climate at NUV

Navrachana University, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, experiences a tropical wet and dry climate. The city has three main seasons:

• Summer (March to June): Temperatures range from 25°C to 45°C, with hot and dry conditions.
• Monsoon (June to September): Heavy rainfall with temperatures between 24°C to 35°C. Annual rainfall averages around 900 mm.
• Winter (October to February): Cooler with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C.

Extreme weather conditions include occasional heatwaves in summer and heavy downpours during the monsoon season, which can affect commuting and outdoor activities at NUV. The campus life adapts to these conditions, with indoor facilities and events planned during the rainy season.
