Weather and Climate at Nirma

Nirma University, located in Ahmedabad, experiences a hot semi-arid climate. The city has three main seasons:

• Summer (March to June): Temperatures can soar up to 45°C (113°F), with hot and dry conditions.
• Monsoon (June to September): The city receives around 800 mm of rainfall annually, with temperatures ranging from 24°C to 32°C (75°F to 90°F).
• Winter (November to February): Cooler with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C (50°F to 77°F).

Extreme weather conditions include occasional heatwaves in summer and heavy downpours during the monsoon season.
