Weather and Climate at UB

Université de Bamako (UB) is located in Bamako, Mali, which experiences a tropical wet and dry climate. The city has two main seasons:

• Dry Season (November to April): Characterized by hot temperatures, with averages ranging from 25°C to 35°C. The Harmattan wind can bring dust and cooler temperatures in December and January.
• Wet Season (May to October): Marked by significant rainfall, with temperatures slightly cooler, averaging between 24°C to 30°C. The heaviest rainfall occurs from June to September.
