Weather and Climate at UdeM

The Université de Mbujimayi (UdeM) is located in Mbujimayi, which experiences a tropical savanna climate. The city has two main seasons:

• Dry Season (May to September) - Temperatures range from 20°C to 30°C with minimal rainfall.
• Wet Season (October to April) - Temperatures are similar, but with significant rainfall, averaging 150mm to 200mm per month.

Extreme weather conditions include occasional heavy storms during the wet season, which can impact commuting and outdoor activities on campus.
