Weather and Climate at UAST

The University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST) is located in various cities across Iran, with Tehran being one of the primary locations. The climate in Tehran is characterized by:

• Spring: Mild and pleasant, with temperatures between 10°C to 25°C.
• Summer: Hot and dry, with temperatures often exceeding 35°C.
• Autumn: Cool with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C.

Annual rainfall is moderate, with most precipitation occurring in the winter months. Extreme weather conditions can include dust storms in summer and heavy snowfall in winter, which can impact commuting and campus life at UAST.
