Editorial Standards & Submission Rules

Target Audience & Tone

  • Audience: Prospective and current students, parents, faculty, researchers, administrators, HR leaders, and postgraduates in higher education.
  • Tone: Professional, objective, and useful. A hard sales pitch is not a fit.

Word Count & Structure

  • Length: 800 to 2,200 words per article.
  • Formatting: H2 and H3 subheadings, short paragraphs, and a 1200×630 hero image, brand logo, and author headshot.

Links & Author

  • Links: Up to 3 contextual HTTPS links. Anchors must be descriptive. Links are published with rel="sponsored". Exact-match anchor manipulation is not accepted.
  • Author: A named human author, a bio of about 50 words, and a verified profile link such as LinkedIn, a faculty page, or ORCID.

Originality & AI

  • Human editing: AI drafts are welcome. A human edit — voice, examples, and checked facts — is what gets the article read and adopted.
  • Review: Publication is subject to editorial review. We may edit or refuse a submission.

Breach Guidelines

There are no refunds. If an article is rejected because it does not match the higher-education genre, you may resubmit that article once.

Competitor job boards, crypto, sexually suggestive or explicit content, gambling, essay mills, and unverified medical claims are rejected without a refund.

The full rules are in the . Payment by card is required before an article is accepted.
