Adônis Q. Tenório is a professor at Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). He participated as a researcher from UFPA in a collaborative study with Embrapa Amazônia Oriental, Embrapa Florestas, and Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia (UFRA) on endophytic bacteria that promote the growth of black pepper plants (Piper nigrum L.).
