Web Transformation Phase 1 (Transition) focuses on replacing the existing content management system to enhance design, performance, and security. Phase 2 (Transform) builds on this by further improving the overall web experience and modernizing the operating model. Additionally, the Staff Portal project aims to create a centralized hub for staff information, thereby streamlining access, enhancing user experiences, and simplifying the public-facing website.
