Dr Alexandra Gaillard is a Lecturer in the Department of Health Science and Biostatistics at Swinburne University of Technology, where she also serves as Head of the Addiction and Clinical Neurosciences Laboratory. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Cognitive Neuropsychiatry at Swinburne University in 2021, following earlier studies including a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Neuroscience at the same institution. Her research focuses on areas such as addiction, clinical neuroscience, neuroimaging, and related topics including sex-related functional brain differences and the effects of screen use on brain activity and mood in young adults.
