She has been actively engaged in the education field for over ten years, collaborating with diverse learner populations including K-12 students and adult learners. Throughout her career, Alia Rehana has gained extensive experience across a broad spectrum of educational roles and responsibilities. This includes hands-on teaching in classroom settings, personalized tutoring to address individual needs, delivery of training programs for skill development, one-on-one coaching to guide learner growth, provision of mentorship to foster professional and academic advancement, design and development of curricula tailored to specific educational goals, and creation of instructional materials and frameworks through instructional design expertise.
